(Wild) Blueberry Ale
An
amber ale brewed with all natural ingredients,
including real wild blueberries and wild blueberry
juice from the State of Maine this beer has a light
crisp body and subtle wild blueberry aroma and
taste, but is not sweet like many fruit beers. These
characteristics have made the beer popular with all
age groups, especially young adults and make the
beer a popular part of many beer cocktails and mixed
beer drinks. For instance, many people enjoy the
beer as a part of a "Black and Blue;" an
alternative to a "Black and Tan."

A
refreshing honey ale with a zing! BluCreek
(Honey) Herbal
Ale is an all-natural beer hand crafted in
small batches with an invigorating blend of real
Wisconsin Ginseng root grown in northern Wisconsin-
the most potent ginseng available in the world;
stimulating certified organic Gingko Biloba;
and powerful Guarana that is sustainably wild
harvested in Brazil. These botanicals infuse the
beer with potent ingredients that are known to boost
stamina, improve circulation, and increase energy
levels. The result is uniquely different ale that

(German) AltBier
Full
bodied brown ale with dark roasted finish! A
smooth, well-balanced ale brewed with pure water,
malts, hops, and yeast and then cold conditioned in
the tradition of a classic German Altbier. The
drinkable nature of this beer and the roasted
chocolate and coffee notes present in this beer make
it a wonderfully warming beer. A subtle malt
sweetness, distinctive German hops aroma and taste,
and subtle roasted finish make this one of our
favorite styles of beer.

Our
blueberry ale was first given "BLUBEER" as its
name when it was introduced to the Japanese market. It
was then changed to "BLUCREEK" for the North
American market.

08/2006 -
BluCreek Zen (Green Tea) IPA was
first commercial produced and made its debut in
select Wisconsin and Illinois markets. It is the
first beer to be brewed with natural green tea!
09/2002 -
BluCreek (Honey) Herbal Ale was
launched in the US markets. Our Honey Herbal Ale is the first to
infuse botanical herbs in malt beverage.
08/2002 -
BluCreek (German) AltBier was
first introduced to the market.
10/2000 -
BluCreek (Wild) Blueberry Ale was
first launched in the US markets after receiving
several national publicity from various media.
05/2000 - BluBeer (Wild) Blueberry
Ale was brewed for our
very first International trade show held in Japan (Foodex
2000). We sampled out about 3000 cups per day
during the five days event! This was the
beginning of our journey.
