Ballast
Ballasts are interchangeable with the light bulbs (new bulbs
can be used with existing ballast) and come in two options:
magnetic and electronic. Magnetic ballasts last longer and
shield the effects of variations in electric-current
making them ideal in countries where current fluctuations
occur.
